So, to develop the high quality of infrastructure and facilities in rural area, Vignan’s Lara incubator offers the automation products and services with affordable cost in the fields of Healthcare by Wearable Health Device, Fallcare system establishing the e-Health Monitoring System in Remote Rural Community for solving the basic health problems and take advice from registered medical experts with help of customized Internet of Things (IoT) architecture by visualize some basic medical parameters like heart beat rate, blood pressure, glucose level, oxygen level and temperature of the patient. The proposed e-Health Care centre provides cost effective, secure, reliable and real-time solutions for improving the health status of rural people. It allows remote check-up service that ends up in reducing the treatment expenditures and supports health care suppliers in broadening their services on the far side geographical limits. Intelligent Remote Health-care system has IoT technology and Cloud for storing and analysing the historical of data by Machine learning. Health report is sent to registered mobile number. This device may brighten up their lives by providing modern IoT technology to solve problems in Healthcare Management. Further it, Automatic identification of chronic diseases, reduces Manual work for Physicians, create an awareness of Health and gives more moral support and avoiding the travelling/visit the hospital for basic medical test. Prototype of I- Healthcare intelligent Remote HealthCare Device designed for rural people. This device may brighten up their lives by providing modern IoT technology to solve problems in Healthcare Management.
